Parlor was the only loan-to-own offering for establishing artists, helping galleries monetize 98% of their inventory. Parlor coupled logistics and insurance to help galleries monetize artworks in storage.

Problem

Simplified Checkout By streamlining the entire process into one flow and removing external tools like DocuSign, we cut checkout cancellations from 68% to 23%.

Minimal Gating Strategic changes to our gallery gating, like limited previews and clearer CTAs, increased signups by 2.9%, even while keeping some restrictions in place.

Stronger User Insight By methodically dissecting user behaviour and iterating our platform, we were not just chasing metrics but significantly elevating the user experience.

Solution

To validate product-market fit and drive early investor interest, we created a dedicated campaign landing page tailored specifically for the dividend fund. The page was designed to communicate the fund’s long-term value in a clear and compelling way, while also educating users on how to invest across different platforms. Content, layout, and interactions were optimized to support engagement, guide users through the investment journey, and maximize conversion across devices.

Outcome

Our design overhaul led to an immediate and remarkable impact. Web traffic skyrocketed by 29%, and conversion rates jumped by 12%. These metrics speak volumes about the compelling efficacy of iterative design in fine-tuning user experience.
